Since college, Ms. Shimodaira has been running startup events and serving as a student radio personality for an FM radio, welcoming managers of companies promoting the growth as radio guests. She joined CyberAgent in April 2019 supervising public relations for multiple in-house startups in the company-wide Public Relations department. She joined CyberAgent Capital in April 2020 where she is engaged in public relations work for CAC and public relations assistance work for investees. She is a radio personality for"Band of Ventures", an investment media for startup entrepreneurs.
